Service Description

Just like our car needs a tune-up, our diet sometimes needs adjustment to ensure we are giving our bodies the right fuel! In this one-on-one session you will receive an assessment of your current diet, any supplements you are taking, and possible nutrient depletions caused by medications or poor diet. This session is designed to leave you with a better understanding of where you are nutritionally and how you can improve your diet, supplements, and overall lifestyle to look and feel amazing! If you are struggling with a specific medical condition or health challenge you will also receive some recommendations for how your diet or lifestyle changes can support your healing. Once you sign up you are required to complete an intake form and 3 day food diary and submit 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you have recent lab work, that can be submitted as well for more in depth analysis. Please note there are no refunds for one on one consultations; but the credit can be applied to other services.
