Production Video Order Form

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:

  • All purchases are final

  • Editing of the video is not allowed - including filters and editing apps

  • Upon purchase, you are agreeing to not share the video file with other cast members or parents. If other parents/cast members would like access to the video, they need to purchase them via this order form below. I greatly appreciate your help with this :) 

  • Video will only be available for purchase as a flash drive, which can be viewed on computers, most TVs, and most DVD & blu-ray players that have a USB port.

  • IMPORTANT DATES: ​

    • Pricing:

      • $20 (Venmo or Zelle)

      • $23 (PayPal)

    • June 17 - all orders are due by.

    • Week of June 20 - Final flash drives are available for pickup (at Franklin Sherman ES via the Music Department - may be left in Front Office for pickup). info@oxleypics.com will email all purchasers when the flash drives are ready. 

STEPS ABOUT PAYMENT TO REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER FORM:

  1. Select your item(s) below and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the ORDER FORM.

  2. If you are paying via PAYPAL, continue on to the next page (which pops up after you "Submit" the ORDER FORM) and continue with payment.

  3. If you are paying via VENMO or ZELLE, submit the ORDER FORM below and ignore the next webpage; then, go to Zelle or Venmo and submit your payment.
