Through the Indemnification Trust (the Trust), we have access to
professional assistance when facing client claims of negligence—
regardless of who is at fault. The issues most commonly addressed by
the Trust include data loss, claims of client dissatisfaction, and missed
shots due to equipment malfunctions or human error.
